Verison Wireless

What ever you do,"DO NOT GET IT"They are crooks.We thought we had things straightened out on our bill but yesterday we tried making a phone call and they blocked our phone with a password.We called and they said we owed $1000.We told them to shove their $1000 up their ass
and to cancel our service.
Lets back up a little,last Friday we noticed our bill was $630.We call to cancel and Tracie yelled cancel for 45 minutes until this lady said she would put us onto a higher minute plan where we would pay only $120 instead of $630
Back to yesterday,I was chomping at the bit to talk to these bastards but Tracie kept brushing me off.They made the mistake to tell Tracie that she couldn't cancel,i would have to and when i got the phone i let them have it.I first told them that they should honored what was agreed on last Friday and they said that woman wasn't supposed to do that,i said so you should still honor it,they said no so i told them to cancel everything.Then i told that hag to transfer me to a manager.She put me on hold for a couple minutes,came back on to see if i give up and i told her i was still waiting.She did that 3 times before i told her to stop stalling and cancel everything.She pissed around some more and all of a sudden she came back on and said"my manager just came to me and said we will take off the $630.They were trying to play hardball.Bastards.Didn't work though.
