I planted my sweet corn June 30th and it is up 6" already.Sunday it was just starting to get it's 2nd leaves.Must of been the fertilizer i poured down the rows.Now i will have to pull the weeds and hoe it a little.
Planted some icicle radishes but the damn things always grow 2 feet tall and no bottoms.Never did have much luck.My Grandpa could grow 3 crops of radishes and would get a perfect crop everytime.

That brand of corn grows fast too. When it's mature, it will be around eight feet tall, which is pretty good size for sweetcorn.
