MARQUETTE COUNTY (WKOW) -- Officials say luckily no one was hurt in a large fire at Meisters Forest Products.

It happened at 101 Industrial Drive in the Village of Endeavor.

Marquette County Sheriff's office says when they arrived the building was engulfed in flames. Units from Briggsville, Oxford and Montello fire departments responded.

No workers were in the building at the time and no one was hurt in the fire.

Officials say the fire appears to have started after employees working with a metal cutting saw left for the day. The fire spread throughout the production area causing considerable damage to the building and to the equipment inside the building. An exact cause is not known yet.
