Wood Furnace Problems.

I guess i really can't blame the wood furnace it is a 3 way valve that is giving me problems.

The thermostat tells this valve to open which in turn tells the blower to kick on,anyways the valve isn't telling the others to work.There is a small switch and a lever on the side and i have to hold the switch one way and push the lever the other way,then everything works the way it should.I gotta check around and see if one of the furnace places around here have the electrical components for the 3 way valve.
