Atv ride gone sour

Last Sunday started out to be quite cool and we waited till 10 am before we thought of a atv ride.I went out and filled the wood stove and loaded my quad up.Went to my sister Janis's place and tried to get my Dads quad started and it didn't even pop.I ended up unloading my quad and pulling his on the trailer.Loaded mine back up and we decided it was a sign from the big guy from up above that we cancel our ride until next Sunday.

Brought Dads quad to my place and i got the fire burning in my garage.We let it set for a while but it still wouldn't start.Dad finally had to take the air cleaner & filter off and he had to squirt some gas in the carb to get it to run.He had to do it 5 times before it got enough heat through the carb so it would stay running.It's that good watery gas we buy that caused it to freeze up.I guess when it gets cold like it did last weekend,it is a good idea to put something in your gas to dry up the water that is in your gas.

Dad said he wanted to ride this coming Sunday so i told him i will go too.He took his quad to Hancock so they could fix his quad rite so he might have to ride his snowmobile.
