It took me a long time to get my gift certificate from Brakebush for my 10 year service award but today i finally got my bike i have been drooling on.
I asked to get a bike up off the ground,preferably on the top rack but the girl told me that they rotate the bikes and that they all have been messed with.I said"yah what ever"I almost walked away with it but i felt a big burr on the brake handle and the drive shaft tube was all scratched up,so i pointed it out so the little heifer called a guy over who was a bigger whiner .The bike on top had flat tires but everything seem to be ok.
got it home and put on my new basket,wireless speedometer,and a tire pump.Took it for a spin to the main road and it seem to ride good but it seemed to slip in high gear.I read a little about the gears and shifting and it said it might need a little adjustment.
i am going to ride it to town tomorrow and see how it rides.Going to watch the parade and maybe show my bike off the the father-in-law.
