A FREEZING FOG ADVISORY IS POSTED FOR PARTS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA
AND NORTHEAST IOWA THIS MORNING. DENSE FOG COMBINED WITH SUB-
FREEZING TEMPERATURES MAY ALLOW FOR SOME FROST TO FORM ON ROADWAYS
AND BRIDGE DECKS. THIS ALONG WITH THE LOW VISIBILITIES IN THE FOG
WILL MAKE FOR SOME HAZARDOUS TRAVEL THIS MORNING.
SNOW AND PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BECOME LIKELY BY LATE TONIGHT
OVER NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES
EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND MOISTURE INCREASES OVER THE AREA.
A CHANCE OF SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL SPREAD INTO SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND WESTERN INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN. ANY SNOW AMOUNTS
THROUGH TONIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO BE LESS THAN AN INCH...WITH LITTLE
OR NO ICE ACCUMULATION ANTICIPATED.
