Heavy snow warning

.A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW...WITH VERY LARGE FLAKES AND
FLUFFY...POWDERY ACCUMULATIONS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
INTERSTATE 90 CORRIDOR AND PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA THROUGH THE
LATE AFTERNOON HOURS INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. SO
FAR...WIDESPREAD 4 TO 5 INCH SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS HAVE BEEN
REPORTED OVER MUCH OF NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND
ACROSS THE RIVER INTO SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN. SNOW WILL CONTINUE
OVER MUCH OF THE AREA THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS... THOUGH THE VERY
HEAVY SNOWFALL RATES EXPERIENCED THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHOULD
DIMINISH INTO THE EVENING HOURS. SNOW WILL COME TO AN END FROM WEST TO
EAST ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT...STARTING IN THE MID TO LATE EVENING
ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA...AND AFTER MIDNIGHT
FOR AREAS ALONG AND EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
