Lohan was arrested on Tuesday on a second drunken-driving charge just days after leaving her second stint in rehab flaunting an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet at nightclubs.

My Comment(it is too bad fortune and fame has to spoil our young stars).I have always wanted to be rich but after watching the programs on E entertainment how they go nuts on drugs and all other stupid things i just want enough money where i could am somewhat debt free and i can go and do what ever when ever.

Yep, they've got too much money and too much time on their hands. If they had to work for a living instead of having others do everything for them, and if they had to support a family (or even themselves) on a tiny salary, maybe they'd learn how to behave? I say force them to work for $15,000 a year and let them figure out how to live on it. It would be the most important education they ever had.
