Changing tires by hand

Saturday Tracie and I went to Fleet Farm and bought 2 new tires for Michael's car.
Fleet Farm was the cheapest at $36 each.

Sunday i got up at 8am and got everything gathered up i needed to break beads and to take off tires from car and rims.Took my truck and drove on the board to break the bead and the 1st tire was a stinker all the way.1st side broke right away but the 2nd side i had to re-adjust the board a few times before i got it to break.Took the tire off and the new tire slid on without problems. Then with the new tires, they didn't spread out onto the rims like the old tired.I had a hell of a time until i got the brain storm to take my small tire iron and pushed the bead of the tire on the back side down so it seals. Then i had problems pulling the tire up for the tire to take air so my lovely wife suggested that i put the tire and rim into one of the old tires. So i tried that and she put the air to the tire while i pushed down on the rim and to my surprise it worked.
The 2nd tire took me less that 10 minutes to take off that put back on.
